Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Veto Steller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hubert Sharp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 16th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Sharp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Veto Steller notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Veto Steller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Veto Steller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, AFC Richmond's Veto Steller ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Hubert Sharp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 28th minute of play. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krystian Żmuda in the 29th minute. In the 31st match minute, AFC Richmond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krystian Żmuda to maneuver through the defense. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veto Steller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Veto Steller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Krystian Żmuda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 53 minutes, Frank Sachs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the AFC Richmond players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Sachs to maneuver through the defense. If Daniel Borsos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Richmond's zone, Albin Holweck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hubert Sharp came out of the goal and Albin Holweck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Veto Steller came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Schiele to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, AFC Richmond's Erasmo Merchant broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 78th minute, Daniel Borsos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krystian Żmuda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Krystian Żmuda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Krystian Żmuda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Borsos in the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
