Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viriato Moura started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match, Victorio Breogan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 4th minute, Alex Acatincăi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wilson Amorim. The goal made the score 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldinho Messias. Armando Gazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Gazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute Victorio Breogan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Gazza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Barreto went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Breogan in the 37th minute. Armando Gazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Raul Caetano got a free kick in the 40th minute. After 44 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Pimentel. Armando Gazza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caetano Moreira went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

In the 55th match minute, Juventus PTM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidar Albäck to maneuver through the defense. Armando Gazza was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felipe Barreto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Victorio Breogan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Juventus PTM's Victorio Breogan in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Honcioiu in the 65th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Honcioiu in the 68th minute of play. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yenal Tanır went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Alex Acatincăi might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alex Acatincăi ran back to his position shaking his head. After 76 played minutes Juventus PTM got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Viera. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Portugal's Felipinho Amorim in the 77th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Armando Gazza was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Juventus PTM through an amazing save. 78 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Honcioiu came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Juventus PTM booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Yenal Tanır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Honcioiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute Ferdinand Honcioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Juventus PTM's Gavril Stejaru got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Portugal eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
