Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paulo Pierres took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Orlandus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Orlandus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Siricio Liotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, Guanacos's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Marcial Orlandus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Italy's Siricio Liotta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Orlandus. Marcial Orlandus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With a little luck, Guanacos's Marcial Orlandus got control of the ball when Sigfrido Auletta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcial Orlandus made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Sigfrido Auletta sent off a good shot on target. The corner led Italy's Eliseo Cutri to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcial Orlandus despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Siricio Liotta did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Marcial Orlandus 30 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Guanacos's goalkeeper Marcial Orlandus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Siricio Liotta. Marcial Orlandus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Porziano Marchitelli in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute of the match Italy got a corner. Guanacos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sigfrido Auletta made a great header on Italy's corner, it was just that Guanacos's Marcial Orlandus managed to reach the ball for a save. With his leg Marcial Orlandus managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Italy's Siricio Liotta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Porziano Marchitelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Marcial Orlandus made a huge save. Marcelo Mendebal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Italy's Porziano Marchitelli got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zaccheo Andolina to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Orlandus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Pierres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Vittori having to interfere. Zena Busacca hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the game, Sebastian Pinto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guanacos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Italy the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 62nd minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Marcial Orlandus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelino Clemencin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. Marcial Orlandus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. If Paulo Pierres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guanacos's Remigio Ler was substituted for Denis Pello. 80 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcial Orlandus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigfrido Auletta to maneuver through the defense. Guanacos made a substitution. Eustaquio Martxelin replaced Danilo Sanchez. After 83 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Sigfrido Auletta. Marcial Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Porziano Marchitelli in the 88th minute of play. Guanacos's Marcial Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guiscardo Davide in the 89th minute of play.
