Edmund Piczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adria Bielsa, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Omar Toledo to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 54th minute of play forced Centenario City FC's goalkeeper Edmund Piczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmund Piczak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adria Bielsa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Spain were awarded a corner. The audience was convinced that Adria Bielsa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edmund Piczak was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. David Aranda struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Edmund Piczak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spain. Alessio Punta might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Ascaso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alessio Punta ran back to his position shaking his head. Matias Ferrandis lost his temper 88 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Despite being the better team, Spain failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
