Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 6 minutes, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wim Wilmes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt got a free kick in the 8th minute. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartosz Lizewski in the 11th minute. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Patora in the 12th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Patryk Kensicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Edward Oliszewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veth Crystals and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Veth Crystals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Oliszewski to maneuver through the defense. Patryk Kensicki came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Wim Wilmes. But to his dismay, Wim Wilmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 30 minutes into the game, Gwidon Patora recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Gwidon Patora showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. When Veth Crystals's Gwidon Patora in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. Gwidon Patora's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Arnout Reekers skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 35th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Eikelkamp to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes in the game, Olgierd Ziemniak fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. Patryk Kensicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 46th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patryk Kensicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Veth Crystals players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwidon Patora stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olgierd Ziemniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veth Crystals's Patryk Kensicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 56th minute of play. Patryk Kensicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Eikelkamp to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Lizewski came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Patora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Veth Crystals's Walery Topolski got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patryk Kensicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Veth Crystals's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bartosz Lizewski in the 80th minute. Veth Crystals's Bartosz Lizewski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnout Reekers in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lars Meesters's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patryk Kensicki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Veth Crystals's Cyryl Zielinski was substituted for Walery Topolski. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
