Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Raphael having to interfere. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by PINGO PINGO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. After 28 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Gijsbert ter Kruimer. Filip Josefsson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Wim Wilmes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baldomiro Cordarrell hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute of the match Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dionisio Raphael showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Raphael having to interfere.

When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Dionisio Raphael to make any attempt to save it. Dionisio Raphael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Dionisio Raphael made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Micarelli came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Dionisio Raphael however easily saved by the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of PINGO PINGO's Dionisio Raphael. Dionisio Raphael was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Micarelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Onbera came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, PINGO PINGO's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Dionisio Raphael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
