Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Wisan Hangmui made the kick off which started today's match. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tawat Chaiprakhon in the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 minutes, Wisan Hangmui made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Croatia's Ilija Skugor tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the game, Damir Pongrac recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paiboon Phatthanasing. Damir Pongrac showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Croatia's Teo Gudelj got a free kick in the 10th minute. Tawat Chaiprakhon, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Wisan Hangmui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Bosak charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Bosak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Martin Bosak kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Trakarn Pornsaptaveekoon made a precise shot to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 25th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Domazet to maneuver through the defense. Paiboon Phatthanasing made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Toni Mauzer sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the game, Damir Pongrac recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paiboon Phatthanasing. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toni Mauzer got free with Paiboon Phatthanasing in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Wisan Hangmui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chiang Mai Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Wisan Hangmui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilija Skugor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Toni Mauzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Paiboon Phatthanasing made a huge save. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tawat Chaiprakhon in the 44th minute of play. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wisan Hangmui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Croatia's Martin Bosak got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Toni Mauzer to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Toni Mauzer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Croatia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Toni Mauzer took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paiboon Phatthanasing. Paiboon Phatthanasing dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Bosak in the 59th minute of play forced Chiang Mai Football Club's goalkeeper Paiboon Phatthanasing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Chiang Mai Football Club's Pinthusorn Kheangraeng ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-3. Tawat Chaiprakhon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Ilija Skugor when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 67th minute, Chiang Mai Football Club's Pinthusorn Kheangraeng dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-4. Kasidit Pantasen kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Chiang Mai Football Club's Tawat Chaiprakhon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-5. 77 minutes into the game, Chiang Mai Football Club's Wisan Hangmui nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wisan Hangmui showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-7 in the 82 minute of play. Ilija Skugor was a little too slow when Tawat Chaiprakhon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 5-8. In the 89th minute, Pinthusorn Kheangraeng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paiboon Phatthanasing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Bosak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Croatia's Ilija Skugor got control of the ball when Kasidit Pantasen tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Croatia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chiang Mai Football Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
