Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edward Vanderstraeten started the match with the kick off. Jörg Schmitt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Casper Claes made a huge save. Edward Vanderstraeten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Ove Frykberg having to interfere. In the 8th minute Yves Dervaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Ove Frykberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Ove Frykberg. FC Wöllersdorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Vanderstraeten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörg Schmitt. 24 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven-Ove Frykberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Dominik Keichler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jörg Schmitt in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute of the match FC Wöllersdorf got a corner. Belgium's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Víktor Lara ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 40th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. Sven-Ove Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, FC Wöllersdorf's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Sven-Ove Frykberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Jörg Schmitt made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Sander Dermaut. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörg Schmitt in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Jörg Schmitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sven-Ove Frykberg. Edward Vanderstraeten showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Vester, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vanderstraeten got free with Sven-Ove Frykberg in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörg Schmitt, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, FC Wöllersdorf's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Frykberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. In the 67th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Ove Frykberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Sven-Ove Frykberg made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. Sven-Ove Frykberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yves Dervaux in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute Claas Godescheit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Vester came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Ove Frykberg having to make a save. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claas Godescheit in the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Wöllersdorf's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Frykberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven-Ove Frykberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Claas Godescheit left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Wöllersdorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
