Kryspin Cwynar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 9th minute of the match. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. Hungary's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sosnowe Klimaty the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Man got free with Fodor Daniel in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
