Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off which started today's match. In the 16th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Godoi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flavio Vittori came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulo Godoi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. The throw-in from Celsinho Vidal in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. In the 30th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes in the game Deodato Magliozzi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Porziano Marchitelli. Siricio Liotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Allan Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 36th minute of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Allan Varela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Godoi made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Palestra do Interior's Paulo Godoi. But to his dismay, Paulo Godoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Italy's Deodato Magliozzi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alexandre Thanos in the 56 minute of the game. 58 minutes into the game, Palestra do Interior's Paulo Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Paulo Godoi scored 4-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. Vitório Lago replaced Paulo Godoi. 70 minutes into the match, Sigfrido Auletta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Allan Varela, 4-2. Palestra do Interior's Percival Cruz was substituted for Niclas Danielsson. Allan Varela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 74th minute. Vitório Lago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. 81 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Allan Varela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Palestra do Interior from getting a goal against them. Zaccheo Andolina received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siricio Liotta in the 92nd minute of play forced Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Allan Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Palestra do Interior could leave the field as winners, despite Italy having more of the ball for most of the match.
