Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Felix Gines started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 8 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Felix Gines. The long shot by Malte Schiele in the 9th minute really tested Ermegildo Pacorro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 10th minute Benedicto Chale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute Ulrich Stein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benedicto Chale struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Almirante Brown. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Gines in the 22nd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermegildo Pacorro made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Gines went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Chale came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Benedicto Chale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. After 37 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Truylos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Ermegildo Pacorro in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 40 minutes Club Almirante Brown's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Adrian Dreifuss got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ermegildo Pacorro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Chale in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicanor Ceandro was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Almirante Brown's players had a chance to rest. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 55th minute of play. When Chris Mergenthaler fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Chris Mergenthaler a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Gines in the 59th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedicto Chale got free with Tommy Kahn in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Benedicto Chale scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 0-3. Club Almirante Brown's Guido Bautista was substituted for Benedicto Chale. Ermegildo Pacorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Almirante Brown's Ermegildo Pacorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Frank Sachs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermegildo Pacorro was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Club Almirante Brown's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Pacorro came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilfredo Segio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilfredo Segio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 91st minute. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by Tomás Etxepare with Guido Bautista as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Club Almirante Brown's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
