Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janik Vogt in the 3rd minute of play forced Cervantes F.C.'s goalkeeper Fausto Kemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 6th minute of play forced Cervantes F.C.'s goalkeeper Fausto Kemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Kemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fausto Kemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 15th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Cervantes F.C.'s Shen Guo Yu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Anastasio Berriotxoa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Tommy Kahn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Frank Sachs's late challenge caught a Cervantes F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Sachs helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Frank Sachs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Rojelio in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 35th minute. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Shen Guo Yu sent off a good shot on target. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cervantes F.C. booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shen Guo Yu made a kick off. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Fausto Kemen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Placido Gonzo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th match minute, Cervantes F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Gonzo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cervantes F.C.'s zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Kemen came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Anastasio Berriotxoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. 68 minutes into the game, Frank Sachs recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fausto Kemen. Frank Sachs showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Cervantes F.C.'s Aurelio Bartuelo was substituted for Anastasio Berriotxoa. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Fausto Kemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cervantes F.C.'s Celestino Nesto got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Kemen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albin Holweck charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albin Holweck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Santxol in the 93rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Brion came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
