In the 12th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertram Svenningsen to maneuver through the defense. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rômulo Pena in the 13th minute of the match. Júnior Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 14th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Jundiaí -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Pena. After 18 played minutes, Denmark's Lars Steen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Júnior Tasso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Denmark reached it. 21 minutes into the match, Samuca Barros notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 25 minutes into the match, Samuca Barros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen, 2-0. Simon Bendtsen hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Skou. In the 32nd minute, Samuca Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th match minute, Jundiaí -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júnior Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rômulo Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Júnior Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Jundiaí -DMZ- made a substitution. Cléberson Berger replaced Thomás Sarmento. Jundiaí -DMZ-'s Lando Norris was substituted for Rômulo Pena. Rubens Barrichello made in the 61st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dedé Monteiro. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júnior Tasso having to interfere. The supporters of Jundiaí -DMZ- booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Steen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denmark's attentive Simon Bendtsen managed to snatch the ball when Rubens Barrichello made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. Lando Norris kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuca Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Dedé Monteiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jundiaí -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Mikkel Wulff's late challenge caught a Jundiaí -DMZ-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikkel Wulff helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Mikkel Wulff. The Jundiaí -DMZ- support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
