After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ciro Cortez managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Acade's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Cortez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Boris Gustavsson hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, La Acade's Leonard Lamczyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, La Acade's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Blas Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blas Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Leonard Lamczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. La Acade's Blas Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 22nd minute of play. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Felipe Barreto in the 25th minute. In the 30thth minute of the game Felipe Barreto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Acade's Blas Aritza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 32 minutes of play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Blas Aritza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kip William, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Aritza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 55th minute of the match. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Blas Aritza having to make a save. Blas Aritza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. La Acade's Shao Zhou was substituted for Boris Gustavsson. In the 72nd minute Ciro Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Saturnin in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Cortez in the 73rd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Leonard Lamczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Alejandro Vistruario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by La Acade's Leonard Lamczyk. But to his dismay, Leonard Lamczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. After having played for 90 minutes, Ciro Cortez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Acade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Cortez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The La Acade fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
