Mehmet Ediz Ulutay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Hao Yan Ying kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. Mehmet Ediz Ulutay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0.

In the 54th match minute, 61 PIMMS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Isaac to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Aslan Icardi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Germany players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 61 PIMMS FC.
