Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chris Nygaard took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ioan Tudora managed to get in a good position for a shot. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's supporters rose to their feet, but Ioan Tudora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dănuț Roman in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosmin Iancu. After having played for 17 minutes, Călin Itoafă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's supporters crossed their fingers, but Călin Itoafă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Cosmin Iancu got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iona Tudora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Călin Itoafă tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 26 minutes Denmark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ioan Tudora who took care of the corner kick. Dănuț Roman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 34th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 37 minutes into the game, Călin Popârcea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. After 37 played minutes -BZF- Valea Buzăului got a freekick which was hit by Călin Popârcea. Denmark's attentive Bertram Svenningsen managed to snatch the ball when Călin Popârcea made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. Chris Nygaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Macovei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chris Nygaard ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Keld Paulsen managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Călin Itoafă fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Călin Itoafă made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Bjarne Kirkegaard had to leave the field with a concussion. 52 minutes into the game, Cosmin Iancu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. Denmark's Mikkel Damsgaard was substituted for Bjarne Kirkegaard. A collision led to -BZF- Valea Buzăului getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Cosmin Iancu hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Damian Macovei. Chris Nygaard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Damian Macovei successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Denmark's attentive Bertram Svenningsen managed to snatch the ball when Călin Popârcea made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. 64 minutes into the match, Bertram Svenningsen notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Damian Macovei. Damian Macovei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Iancu in the 67th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Macovei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chris Nygaard ran back to his position shaking his head. Bertram Svenningsen in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Damian Macovei, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cosmin Iancu struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Valea Buzăului. An unexpectedly hard shot by Călin Itoafă in the 84th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Călin Itoafă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Macovei made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Bertram Svenningsen sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Denmark could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than -BZF- Valea Buzăului throughout the match.
