Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off which started today's match. With an all-out effort, La Società Sport Osasco's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from CJ Lewandowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Zygmunt Haszczak sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as CJ Lewandowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnout Reekers. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in La Società Sport Osasco's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rubinho Lago came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. After 16 minutes, Mathijn Doctor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Netherlands and the La Società Sport Osasco players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Mathijn Doctor. Thanks to some nice moves Zygmunt Haszczak could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Arnout Reekers however easily saved by the left post. After 20 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Lars Meesters. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Reno in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Netherlands's David Eikelkamp seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed David Eikelkamp the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Netherlands protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and David Eikelkamp had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When Chen Jian came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the La Società Sport Osasco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chen Jian couldn't finish the play. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubinho Lago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rubinho Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 35th minute of the match. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Zygmunt Haszczak sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. CJ Lewandowski was the one to do the kick off. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Haszczak in the 52nd minute of play. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubinho Lago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lars Meesters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Rubinho Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to La Società Sport Osasco getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Chen Jian hit a great ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rubinho Lago firmly grabbed it by the left post. 70 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Paredes Malvido came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rubinho Lago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 74th minute. CJ Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Società Sport Osasco made a substitution. Bruno Quirino replaced Zygmunt Haszczak. In the 80th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute Gilvan Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Rubinho Lago managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the game, João Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Società Sport Osasco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wim Wilmes to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute Bruno Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
