Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) In the 2nd minute, Antal Valentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mike Salamone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Mike Salamone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Mike Salamone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Neil Deguara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 17th minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Mike Salamone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th match minute, Sliema Dragons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Depasquale to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sliema Dragons FC's Jurgen Montalto got a free kick in the 25th minute. Mike Salamone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 27th minute of play. Mike Salamone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 30th minute of the match. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Mike Salamone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 41st minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Mike Salamone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sliema Dragons FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Brandon Ellul hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 46th minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Mike Salamone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mike Salamone came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sliema Dragons FC's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mike Salamone came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mike Salamone having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Mike Salamone in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Sliema Dragons FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ian Depasquale hit a great ball. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mike Salamone having to interfere. With a little luck, Sliema Dragons FC's Mike Salamone got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mike Salamone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sliema Dragons FC's Christian Scalpello was substituted for Leon Desira. 72 minutes into the match, Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Mike Salamone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. When Fabian Borg fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sliema Dragons FC's protests and gave Fabian Borg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th match minute, Sliema Dragons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Borg to maneuver through the defense. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mike Salamone having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Major Barna. In the 77th minute, Leo Bailey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute, Sliema Dragons FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Balazs Lajos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mike Salamone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 90th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Mike Salamone in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute of the match Antal Valentin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mike Salamone showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Samuel Galdes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sliema Dragons FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Galdes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Mike Salamone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Sliema Dragons FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
