Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) SEGAFREDO CF's Homero Cerqueira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Switzerland's zone, Silvério Quadros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hias Nüssli came out of the goal and Silvério Quadros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Samuele Kunz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Switzerland's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuele Kunz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adalberto Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Switzerland getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Federico Wiesendanger hit a great ball. Homero Cerqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Homero Cerqueira in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute Rodrigo von Känel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, SEGAFREDO CF's Teodoro Águas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Homero Cerqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 34th minute of the match, Silvério Quadros got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hias Nüssli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Homero Cerqueira in the 36th minute of play. Samuele Kunz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fábio Gusmão's late challenge caught a Switzerland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fábio Gusmão helped the player get up and apologised. Fábio Gusmão hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, SEGAFREDO CF's Julião Calado got a free kick in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuele Kunz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Switzerland's Federico Wiesendanger managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roberto Travassos in the 52 minute of the game. Silvério Quadros might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hias Nüssli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvério Quadros ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustav Iseli hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Silvério Quadros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Hias Nüssli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute, Silvério Quadros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Switzerland getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Samuele Kunz hit a great ball. Samuele Kunz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Adalberto Abreu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Fábio Gusmão was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, SEGAFREDO CF's Fábio Gusmão got a free kick in the 77th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Switzerland's Samuele Kunz tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Julião Calado fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SEGAFREDO CF's protests and gave Julião Calado a yellow card for diving instead. Julião Calado kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Hias Nüssli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Águas in the 81st minute of the match. Homero Cerqueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Homero Cerqueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SEGAFREDO CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Homero Cerqueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hias Nüssli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Teodoro Águas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of SEGAFREDO CF booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Thomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SEGAFREDO CF were victorious despite being under pressure from Switzerland for much of the match.
