He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that Aureliano Negro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Piara Tittarelli was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Piara Tittarelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Nikola, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Serafin Bernal made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Lucas Seme sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Negro in the 31st minute of play forced Reconquistense FC's goalkeeper Piara Tittarelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Reconquistense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Negro came free, but Piara Tittarelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piara Tittarelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Negro in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 52 played minutes Reconquistense FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Beltza. A hard shot 86 in the game by Godfredo Nuñez from a close distance when the talented Piara Tittarelli managed to make a qualified save. Reconquistense FC's players were relieved.
