Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ronald Vordenbäumen started the match with the kick off. Deportivo Ortegano were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iratze Arri took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Iratze Arri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emilio Munio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 13th minute, Elano Lobado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emilio Munio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 16 played minutes Deportivo Ortegano got a freekick which was hit by Elano Lobado. Jose Gipuzkoa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yago Lijo came out and tried to block the shot, but Jose Gipuzkoa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 20th minute. If Fabricio Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilio Munio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elano Lobado, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ronald Vordenbäumen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Ortegano's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronald Vordenbäumen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Munio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Jose Gipuzkoa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yago Lijo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Federico Colas put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Yago Lijo. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Deportivo Ortegano made a substitution. Ignacio Gaig replaced Delmar Nesto. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Luis Erramun managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edmundo Arizabal in the 53 minute of the game. Edmundo Arizabal made in the 57th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Elano Lobado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Colas in the 60th minute of play forced Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper Yago Lijo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Ortegano's zone, Federico Colas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yago Lijo came out of the goal and Federico Colas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos made a substitution. Olexandr Zinchenko replaced Jordi Alba. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Teodosio Bilintx was substituted for Fabricio Duardo. Ramiro Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute Ronald Vordenbäumen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Acercate Y Patea de Lejos booed when Deportivo Ortegano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juango Baroja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manex Maja hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Deportivo Ortegano's Yago Lijo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Gipuzkoa in the 82nd minute of play. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper Yago Lijo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Deportivo Ortegano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iratze Arri in the 95th minute.

Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
