The audience thought a goal was coming when Benja Dominguez got free with Anacleto Horado in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, Los Gallos's goalkeeper Anacleto Horado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benja Dominguez. The audience was convinced that Vladimiro Jerold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Tuste was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Los Gallos's Anacleto Horado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Los Gallos from getting a goal against them. Lorenzo Lico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Anacleto Horado made a huge save. Lei Yan Zhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacinto Tuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lei Yan Zhan in the 27th minute of play. Gustavo Sancho hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Lorenzo Lico made a precise shot to the right of Anacleto Horado. Los Gallos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Jerold in the 38th minute of play forced Hurboc's goalkeeper Jacinto Tuste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benja Dominguez in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anacleto Horado saved Los Gallos from getting behind. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Gallos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benja Dominguez was slow to take the kick. During this time Hurboc's players had a chance to rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vladimiro Jerold made a kick off. Lorenzo Lico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Horado having to interfere. Jacinto Tuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lei Yan Zhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Ignacio Fliz hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Lei Yan Zhan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Tuste. Hurboc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lei Yan Zhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Los Gallos's Anacleto Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benja Dominguez in the 63rd minute of play. Vladimiro Jerold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Tuste having to interfere. Armando Porro hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Hurboc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Fliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Leonel Abaunza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darijo Srna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Jerold to maneuver through the defense. Vladimiro Jerold struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Jacinto Tuste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Gallos. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Hurboc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Iago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacinto Tuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lei Yan Zhan in the 88th minute of the match. Hurboc's Jacinto Tuste proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Hurboc from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on Los Gallos's corner Darijo Srna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacinto Tuste quite easily take care of the ball.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Gallos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
