Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got the match started through his kick off. Wim Wilmes scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Artur Borubar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mathijn Doctor made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Artur Borubar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Zhelezna's Artur Borubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 14th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Borubar having to make a save. Gilberto Garaile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Gilberto Garaile tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Wim Wilmes sped through FC Zhelezna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Artur Borubar. Neville Staples kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Radko Tetikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the game, FC Zhelezna's Gilberto Garaile nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

The wind increased when Gilberto Garaile made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Gilberto Garaile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Artur Borubar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer got free in front of the goal in the 65th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Artur Borubar was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Lars Meesters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Artur Borubar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Artur Borubar could save by the left post. 80 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Garaile came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Garaile in the 83rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Borubar having to interfere. Gust Ennemans hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The FC Zhelezna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
