Italy's attentive Eliseo Cutri managed to snatch the ball when Erland Mellin made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. In the 11th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Haeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dave Di Filippo in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. Oskar Haeger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Zaccheo Andolina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Vittori didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dave Di Filippo went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oskar Haeger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ingemar Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Dave Di Filippo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Italy's Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Italy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ingemar Stålman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Erland Mellin kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sigfrido Auletta in the 40th managed to get into a good position. Erland Mellin kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute, Ingemar Stålman made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Vittori. Italy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Zaccheo Andolina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oskar Haeger was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Sigfrido Auletta made a great header on Italy's corner, it was just that Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger managed to reach the ball for a save. Adriano Curto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Hermanö Oilers's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
