Douglas Wassenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zaccheo Andolina went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Douglas Wassenius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Douglas Wassenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigfrido Auletta went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Siricio Liotta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Wassenius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Käka Puck BK's Douglas Wassenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. After 36 minutes, Gianpaolo Mascari made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Käka Puck BK's Douglas Wassenius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Wassenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Douglas Wassenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 42nd minute of the match. The Käka Puck BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 0-6.

Käka Puck BK's Adrian Nordmark was substituted for Kent Valler. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Douglas Wassenius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Douglas Wassenius. Douglas Wassenius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sture Lundqvist in the 59th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Morgan Vallmark, made in the 60th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Zaccheo Andolina took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Douglas Wassenius to make any attempt to save it. After 63 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Zena Busacca. 0-9 became the score in the 65th minute when Zaccheo Andolina elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Douglas Wassenius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Lundqvist came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Morgan Vallmark hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Zaccheo Andolina made a precise shot to the right of Douglas Wassenius. Käka Puck BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Lundqvist in the 97th minute of play. In the 98th minute, Gomberto Picozzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Käka Puck BK throughout the match.
