Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Corneliu Dridu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 5th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sigfrido Auletta scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celso Trevisan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes in the game Dieguinho de Medeiros did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mauro Romero. The crowd rose to their feet as Corneliu Dridu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavio Vittori. That made the score 1-1 in the 20 minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Mauro Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Celso Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 35th minute of play. Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 35th minute of play. After some careless play in the Dr Lecter SC defense, Sigfrido Auletta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Trevisan. The Dr Lecter SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Trevisan should have stopped the shot. Zaccheo Andolina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Trevisan having to interfere. After the first half Italy were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Celso Trevisan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Dr Lecter SC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Dieguinho de Medeiros hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celso Trevisan. Celso Trevisan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After 60 played minutes Zaccheo Andolina rounded Dr Lecter SC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. Celso Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siricio Liotta in the 66th minute of play. Celso Trevisan came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Siricio Liotta. But to his dismay, Siricio Liotta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. With a little luck, Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 74 minutes Dr Lecter SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. In the 79th minute Corneliu Dridu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sigfrido Auletta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Celso Trevisan made a huge save. In the 83rd minute of the match, Zaccheo Andolina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Celso Trevisan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 87 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Celso Trevisan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sigfrido Auletta. In the 88th minute Omid Kaulbach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. The supporters of Italy booed when Dr Lecter SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieguinho de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basilio Bilbo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Celso Trevisan made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Siricio Liotta sent off a good shot on target. The Italy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
