Full Star FC's Gauthier Quesnel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Keld Paulsen but with some difficulty. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Reynald Hueber sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Full Star FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ryan Georges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The Denmark fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Denmark's Chris Nygaard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kenn Skou kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Allo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute.
