Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Elite™- FC Galácticos from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute, Balazs Lajos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jerônimo da Cunha. The goal made the score 1-0. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Atacan Rahim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elite™- FC Galácticos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Atacan Rahim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elite™- FC Galácticos's supporters rose to their feet, but Atacan Rahim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atacan Rahim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerônimo da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Atacan Rahim in the 51st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Atacan Rahim got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Atacan Rahim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elite™- FC Galácticos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 60 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Atacan Rahim came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 64th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Fodor Daniel threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Atacan Rahim, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Balazs Lajos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Décio Rola was substituted for Luiz Paulo Seco. Elite™- FC Galácticos made a substitution. Gino Monteiro scored 1-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Silvério Vale in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fodor Daniel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
