Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bogumil Wos started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Lazio S.S. defense, Denis Dostal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Wolczewski. The Lazio S.S. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Wolczewski should have stopped the shot. Bogumil Wos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. If Denis Dostal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th match minute, Lazio S.S. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Dejo to maneuver through the defense. Vavrinec Holub was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Marek Dejo. If Alan Rezek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the game, Bogumil Wos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Vitek hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 38 played minutes, Lazio S.S.'s Marek Dejo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lazio S.S. reached it. Bogumil Wos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Svatopluk Capek. Bogumil Wos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vavrinec Holub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Jilek to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Bogumil Wos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lazio S.S.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogumil Wos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great ball. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogumil Wos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucjan Mostowiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Mostowiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute, Denis Dostal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogumil Wos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Lazio S.S. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Marek Dejo hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Daniel Vitek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lucjan Mostowiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 75th play minute Alan Rezek came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Emil Wolczewski. 1-2. If Alan Rezek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Mostowiak came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
