Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reynaldo Tino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Tino having to make a save. In the 11th minute, Ronaldo dos Santos made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Swindon Sweden FF's Marcus Östman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian Falck in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Östman in the 23rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was a well-played corner which Greger Hääger managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Reynaldo Tino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Brian Falck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Östman came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 44 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Reynaldo Tino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 51st minute of play. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Germany's Ulrich Stein was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Reynaldo Tino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Swindon Sweden FF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Frank Sachs 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Brian Falck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Brian Falck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo dos Santos in the 65th minute of play. Reynaldo Tino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 68th minute of play. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Marcus Östman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Östman in the 73rd minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Östman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Marcus Östman notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. The tension between the Germany and the Swindon Sweden FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. During the 92nd minute of the match Albin Holweck completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Albin Holweck a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Swindon Sweden FF made a substitution. Hugo Mikaelsson replaced Greger Hääger. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Marcus Östman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Swindon Sweden FF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
