A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Raul Caetano hit a great ball. 麦源邦's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Lα Sυв 21's Heintje Joinvilense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 39th minute of play. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Augusto Teyo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. Heintje Joinvilense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 played minutes Bartolomeu Dias rounded Lα Sυв 21's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Pascual Markel sped through Portugal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Pascual Markel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Pascual Markel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Pimentel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Heintje Joinvilense. That made the score 2-2 in the 91 minute of play. In the 94th minute, Lucio Ourente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Lα Sυв 21 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Portugal for a fine match.
