Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kent Näver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Sören Gregersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sören Gregersson was the one to do the kick off. When the match was over INIXET BK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Germany throughout the match.
