Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Horia Chioreanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hungary's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Horia Chioreanu 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Nuno Peralta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Peralta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalkeeper Nuno Peralta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Nuno Peralta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 20th minute of play. Valer Perișoară fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nuno Peralta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 35 minutes into the match, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Takacs Tibor came free, but Nuno Peralta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Peralta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balazs Lajos in the 35th minute of the match. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Basarab Panduru tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valer Perișoară didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Hungary's Balazs Lajos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nuno Peralta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basarab Panduru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Nuno Peralta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 51st minute of play. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. 55 minutes into the match, Hungary's Katona Janos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nuno Peralta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Valer Perișoară came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valer Perișoară couldn't finish the play. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt made a substitution. Costin Malcoci replaced Horia Chioreanu. When Balazs Lajos came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balazs Lajos couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Peralta came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Nuno Peralta in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute of the match Hungary got a corner. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Takacs Tibor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nuno Peralta quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Takacs Tibor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Takacs Tibor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The corner ended in Călin Boieraș almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Antal Valentin took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Nuno Peralta to make any attempt to save it. Călin Boieraș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Peralta having to interfere. Hungary played a much better game than FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt and deserved their victory. The FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
