Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pretorianos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. Egbert Nijveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Marciano Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathijn Doctor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Lauren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tostão Ceresso. Marciano Idacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Eikelkamp in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Idacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wim Wilmes to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Tostão Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pretorianos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tostão Ceresso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tostão Ceresso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marciano Idacio prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tostão Ceresso made a kick off. After 54 minutes Pretorianos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Mathijn Doctor hit a great ball. If Tostão Ceresso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Marciano Idacio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marciano Idacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 69th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Idacio having to interfere. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Ceresso in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marciano Idacio. Gustaaf Groeneveldt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Kees Mooiweer made in the 90th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gijsbert ter Kruimer however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tostão Ceresso in the 93rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
