Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viriato Moura kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Pimentel. In the 9th minute, Sundborn IF's Ted Holmgren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Portugal's Felipe Barreto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kalle Askberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaloyan Mitashev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ted Holmgren got free with Wilson Amorim in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Ted Holmgren sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute of the match, Kaloyan Mitashev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Kaloyan Mitashev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Sundborn IF's Kaloyan Mitashev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Kaloyan Mitashev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Hansson in the 43rd minute of the match. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaloyan Mitashev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaloyan Mitashev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Kaloyan Mitashev made the kick off in the second half. Ted Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Kaloyan Mitashev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaloyan Mitashev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaloyan Mitashev, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Portugal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sven-Olof Stephansson was slow to take the kick. During this time Sundborn IF's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Erland Kvist at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Portugal. 5-2. Graciano Coutinho hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Sundborn IF's Ragnar Løth was substituted for Börje Ekström. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Graciano Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Portugal's Kalle Askberg threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bartolomeu Dias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Sundborn IF's Kalle Askberg got control of the ball when Daniel Pimentel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lars-Erik Pil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Ted Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sundborn IF fully deserved thier win.
