Vavrinec Holub didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when IFK Göteborg's Tang Xi Qing shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Benjamin Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes IFK Göteborg got a freekick which was hit by Bosse Laden. In the 22nd minute, Denis Dostal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Håkan Deckbergh was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Håkan Deckbergh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Jilek in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Erik Jilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Deckbergh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthias Ahlstedt got free with Vavrinec Holub in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tang Xi Qing in the 31st minute of play. Alan Rezek kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tang Xi Qing, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute Alan Rezek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Deckbergh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Tang Xi Qing reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vavrinec Holub. The goal made the score 3-1. Tang Xi Qing received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vavrinec Holub came out and tried to block the shot, but Tang Xi Qing slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Jilek to strike the kick off in the second half. Tang Xi Qing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Svatopluk Capek hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Tang Xi Qing made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After 67 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Alan Rezek. Kvetoslav Janku kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tang Xi Qing in the 73rd minute of the match. Håkan Deckbergh was a little too slow when Denis Dostal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 5-2. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tang Xi Qing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Tang Xi Qing notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Czech Republic's Kvetoslav Janku shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Håkan Deckbergh but with some difficulty. In the 92nd minute Denis Dostal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Deckbergh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the IFK Göteborg players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
