Galácticos del Pueblo's Pablo Aguilar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gust Ennemans in the 24 minute of the game. In the 25thth minute of the game Gijsbert ter Kruimer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galácticos del Pueblo's Roch Roman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Galácticos del Pueblo's Roch Roman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 27th minute of play. If Merih Bengi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Gust Ennemans in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Galácticos del Pueblo's Pablo Aguilar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 36th minute of play forced Galácticos del Pueblo's goalkeeper Roch Roman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roch Roman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 40th minute of play. Merih Bengi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Merih Bengi in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 66 minutes, Timoteo Roldanillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galácticos del Pueblo and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Galácticos del Pueblo's Timoteo Roldanillo got a free kick in the 66th minute. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Roch Roman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Galácticos del Pueblo's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Roch Roman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roch Roman having to make a save. Galácticos del Pueblo's Mohamed Bale was substituted for Timoteo Roldanillo. With a little luck, Galácticos del Pueblo's Roch Roman got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Galácticos del Pueblo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. In the 95th minute, Jorden De Cerpel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Netherlands's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
