After 43 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Bastos. A collision led to Colonia Taranco FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Emanuel Mammana hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leroy Sane to make the kick off. In the 81st match minute, Colonia Taranco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Crouch to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Colonia Taranco FC's zone, Bartolomeu Dias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braulio Quilino came out of the goal and Bartolomeu Dias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipinho Amorim who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Braulio Quilino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Colonia Taranco FC had won after a very even match.
