Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerold Grijalba's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerold Grijalba made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerold Grijalba in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 6-2 when Balazs Lajos sped through Austral FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Damaso Hurko. After 82 played minutes Austral FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Temporal. 90 minutes into the match, Austral FC's Jerold Grijalba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Austral FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nisio Iturmendi in the 91st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Jerold Grijalba heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Austral FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
