Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Augusto Valda got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Valda in the 5th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kees Mooiweer kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Austral FC's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Augusto Valda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Valda in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kees Mooiweer hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Damaso Hurko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 34th minute of the match. In the 41st minute of the match, Augusto Valda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnout Reekers saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 46 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt threw the ball into play from the sideline. Austral FC's Ricardo Temporal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Austral FC's Clis Comas was substituted for Ramiro Benavente. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gijsbert ter Kruimer to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Wim Wilmes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Austral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Damaso Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 67th minute of play forced Austral FC's goalkeeper Damaso Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Eikelkamp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damaso Hurko having to make a save. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Goizeder Infante hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
