David Aranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Quilino having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Toledo in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Braulio Quilino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Toledo in the 14th minute of play forced Colonia Taranco FC's goalkeeper Braulio Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Braulio Quilino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Braulio Quilino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Aranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Leroy Sane managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colonia Taranco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leroy Sane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Ascaso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Braulio Quilino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adria Bielsa, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Omar Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Quilino having to interfere. Braulio Quilino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Colonia Taranco FC booed when Spain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Aranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th match minute, Colonia Taranco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabin Udrea to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 36th minute of play forced Colonia Taranco FC's goalkeeper Braulio Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Colonia Taranco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Toledo came free, but Braulio Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes Colonia Taranco FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Omar Toledo who took care of the corner kick. Vicente Merino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Braulio Quilino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The Colonia Taranco FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spain were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Leroy Sane made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Colonia Taranco FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Aranda came free, but Braulio Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute of the match Spain got a corner. Colonia Taranco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Omar Toledo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Vicente Merino heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Aquiles Elorri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ascaso having to interfere. Per-Olof Pil kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Thanks to Colonia Taranco FC's goalie finding himself so far out he could grab the ball Omar Toledo tried to make a shot after getting passed the defense. Braulio Quilino seemed to really have strength and confidence after that save. 64 minutes into the game, Sabin Udrea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colonia Taranco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spain the free kick. In the 65th minute, Sabin Udrea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Colonia Taranco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adria Bielsa came free, but Braulio Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colonia Taranco FC's goalkeeper Braulio Quilino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Colonia Taranco FC's Braulio Quilino got control of the ball when David Aranda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Omar Toledo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Braulio Quilino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Adria Bielsa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Quilino having to interfere. Spain made a substitution. Pau Herrero replaced David Aranda. Spain's Sergio Ruiz was substituted for Adria Bielsa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Ruiz in the 81st minute of play forced Colonia Taranco FC's goalkeeper Braulio Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spain were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Colonia Taranco FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jon Cubero took the corner. Enrique Rabellino might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Braulio Quilino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Rabellino's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Braulio Quilino on his right side and into the goal. 87 minutes into the game it was 0-3. Carles Cherro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Braulio Quilino made a huge save. Sergio Ruiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Quilino having to interfere. Colonia Taranco FC's Braulio Quilino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Colonia Taranco FC from getting a goal against them.
