Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Turgay Hafi took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Bancruz F.C's Nunez Tano got a free kick in the 2nd minute. If Turgay Hafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgay Hafi, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgay Hafi in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Turgay Hafi might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turgay Hafi ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgay Hafi in the 21st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Turgay Hafi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Turgay Hafi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viriato Moura in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Nerio saved Bancruz F.C from getting behind. In the 26th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nunez Tano charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nunez Tano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nunez Tano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the game Zhelyazko Balakov made a throw-in which Carlos Borghi played forward. Ciro Nerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Turgay Hafi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bancruz F.C booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56thth minute of the game Turgay Hafi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Turgay Hafi might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turgay Hafi ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgay Hafi in the 66th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Turgay Hafi in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Bancruz F.C's Ciro Nerio got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bancruz F.C made a substitution. Guillermo Monico replaced Clodoveo Matro. After 77 minutes Bancruz F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Pimentel who took care of the corner kick. 81 minutes into the match, Felipinho Amorim dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ciro Nerio, 1-1. Bruno Bastos's late challenge caught a Bancruz F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Bastos helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Bastos. Çelikan Koçaş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Felipinho Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bancruz F.C's Ciro Nerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Bancruz F.C from getting a goal against them. When Bancruz F.C's Çelikan Koçaş in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portugal's goalie prevented a goal. In the 96th minute Daniel Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Pimentel in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Portugal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
