Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Metod Mlynar ran back to his position shaking his head. Metod Mlynar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Matela having to interfere. Artur Matela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Metod Mlynar in the 17th minute. Artur Matela made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Metod Mlynar sent off a good shot on target. Artur Matela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oliver Holub went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Artur Matela successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jaroslaw Flis charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaroslaw Flis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SocceroS Zory! In the 41st minute, Metod Mlynar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes in the game, Zigmund Maliar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Artur Matela having to interfere. In the 48th match minute, SocceroS Zory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Zajac to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Metod Mlynar kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. If Jaroslaw Dudek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vavrinec Koleno kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaroslaw Dudek in the 61st minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, Slovakia's Metod Mlynar made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Matela was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jaroslaw Dudek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 played minutes SocceroS Zory got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Zima. In the 84th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Metod Mlynar to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, Jaroslaw Flis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and Jaroslaw Flis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
