Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Italy's Zaccheo Andolina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Zaccheo Andolina came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Italy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zaccheo Andolina couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes of play, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmo Saldanha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerome Rohrer in the 23rd minute of play. Siricio Liotta kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Mümtazer Kutlan in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Sigfrido Auletta. 36 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Porziano Marchitelli came free, but Dalmo Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Italy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sigfrido Auletta in the 37th minute. The corner led to Italy's Eliseo Cutri getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal.

In the 56th minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sigfrido Auletta might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmo Saldanha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sigfrido Auletta ran back to his position shaking his head. Dalmo Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 59th minute of play. Jovens Democratas MZC's Vítor Lenzi was substituted for Jerome Rohrer. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Silas Gerber made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. After 66 minutes Jovens Democratas MZC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Italy's corner Siricio Liotta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dalmo Saldanha quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico de Sousa in the 69th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmo Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 71st minute of the match. Zaccheo Andolina had several of the Jovens Democratas MZC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Dalmo Saldanha as he didn't even see the shot coming. 76 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Dalmo Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmo Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 77th minute. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico de Sousa in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Dalmo Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmo Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 91st minute. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico de Sousa in the 92nd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Lenzi came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
