In the 8th minute, Albin Holweck made a precise shot to the right of Davide Conte. Alba FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 12 minutes, Enrico De Grandis made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Di Iorio took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Enrico De Grandis put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. Linus Schwerner hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Alba FC's goalkeeper Davide Conte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. 38 minutes into the match, Alba FC's goalkeeper Davide Conte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Davide Conte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrico De Grandis was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Alba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Davide Conte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Davide Conte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrico De Grandis in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Davide Conte saved Alba FC from getting behind. Federico Di Iorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alex Marzulli kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Federico Di Iorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Germany booed when Alba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Marzulli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Alba FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Linus Schwerner managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 85 minutes of play, Alba FC's Enrico De Grandis made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Davide Conte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Davide Conte came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Frank Sachs. But to his dismay, Frank Sachs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Alba FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
