Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Willian Pay took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Eliseo Cutri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorato Aznaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute of the match, Robert De Niro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Flavio Vittori saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Honorato Aznaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorato Aznaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Porziano Marchitelli in the 15th minute of the match. Zaccheo Andolina scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorato Aznaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willian Pay in the 25th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Playo made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. In the 39th minute Willian Pay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match Habsburgo got a corner. Italy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabian Hansson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Habsburgo's corner Sixto Milio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Vittori quite easily take care of the ball. The Habsburgo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zaccheo Andolina to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 51st minute of play forced Habsburgo's goalkeeper Honorato Aznaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Playo made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. With an all-out effort, Italy's Honorato Aznaro threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zaccheo Andolina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Habsburgo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. Willian Pay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Vittori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Willian Pay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Vittori was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Sigfrido Auletta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Honorato Aznaro made a huge save. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. After 81 played minutes Habsburgo got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Lehen. If Willian Pay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willian Pay in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Willian Pay came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseo Cutri kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Habsburgo throughout the match.
