Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zaccheo Andolina started the match with the kick off. 11 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Jan Figlewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Abutres 2003 FDP defense, Sigfrido Auletta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Figlewski. The Abutres 2003 FDP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Figlewski should have stopped the shot. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Pombal in the 14th minute of play. Jan Figlewski came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Zaccheo Andolina. But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Abutres 2003 FDP's Jan Figlewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Porziano Marchitelli in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Abutres 2003 FDP's goalkeeper Jan Figlewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jan Figlewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, Osvaldinho Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Figlewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Figlewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldinho Vergílio might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osvaldinho Vergílio ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fabiano Vidal got free with Flavio Vittori in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan Figlewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Porziano Marchitelli came free, but Jan Figlewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Italy booed when Abutres 2003 FDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Hinojosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Abutres 2003 FDP's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Fabiano Vidal in the 60th minute. Fan Chong Lei made in the 63rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Raphael Paraense. With a little luck, Abutres 2003 FDP's Jan Figlewski got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fan Chong Lei, made in the 65th minute of the game. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Italy walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
