Tomas Paelemans might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Paelemans ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Almir Meira. But to his dismay, Almir Meira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 9th minute, Faustino Almeida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raphael Dantas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raphael Dantas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raphael Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Raphael Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rios Ferdinand's late challenge caught a Portugal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rios Ferdinand helped the player get up and apologised. Rios Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Paelemans, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Raphael Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 26th minute of play. Raphael Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Poli Puyol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game Viriato Moura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Raphael Dantas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute Poli Puyol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Viriato Moura came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Portugal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viriato Moura couldn't finish the play. Gugu Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Portugal's Viriato Moura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raphael Dantas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Almir Meira was the one to do the kick off. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Raphael Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 54th minute of play. Raphael Dantas made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Felipe Barreto took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raphael Dantas. Raphael Dantas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Meira in the 68th minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almir Meira in the 72nd minute of the match. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. 78 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Almir Meira came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Daniel Pimentel got a free kick in the 79th minute. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Richárd Lovász was substituted for Poli Puyol. Daniel Pimentel hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Bartolomeu Dias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raphael Dantas came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartolomeu Dias slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 83rd minute. Graciano Coutinho came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Raphael Dantas could save by the left post. Portugal were furious when Raul Caetano was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Casa Real de Savóia F.C. a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Yuri Leite, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. 2-3. 93 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Almir Meira came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Almir Meira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richárd Lovász in the 98th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Tomas Paelemans got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
