Ender Tanacan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 4th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Fabricio Andrade in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by 1461 Trabzon's Cesur Yesar. Mateusz Matusiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 6th minute of the match, Mateusz Matusiak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 9 minutes, Fabricio Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portugal and the 1461 Trabzon players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Andrade to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as 1461 Trabzon's Mateusz Matusiak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilson Amorim. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. Ender Tanacan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Felipe Barreto sped through 1461 Trabzon's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ender Tanacan. In the 27th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. Ender Tanacan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Moreira in the 39th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Bruno Bastos in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by 1461 Trabzon's Sabit Acemoğlu. In the 41stth minute of the game Felipe Barreto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1461 Trabzon's Ender Tanacan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Portugal fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Portugal's Felipe Barreto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

In the 51st minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ender Tanacan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viriato Mouras short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Ender Tanacan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 1461 Trabzon's Ender Tanacan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, 1461 Trabzon's goalkeeper Ender Tanacan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Pimentel. Ender Tanacan was a little too slow when Daniel Pimentel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-3. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateusz Matusiak went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 70th minute of play forced 1461 Trabzon's goalkeeper Ender Tanacan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateusz Matusiak took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Mateusz Matusiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateusz Matusiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match Portugal got a corner. 1461 Trabzon's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Pimentel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Portugal's Graciano Coutinho was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ender Tanacan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Bartolomeu Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ender Tanacan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolomeu Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1461 Trabzon's Ender Tanacan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 84th minute of play. Bartolomeu Dias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Ender Tanacan made a huge save. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Azmi Olgunsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mateusz Matusiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Portugal were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing 1461 Trabzon to leave the ground with a draw.
