The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristoforo Tarulli in the 6th minute of the match. Gustaw Flis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Cristoforo Tarulli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vavrinec Holub. The goal made the score 1-0. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Erik Jilek got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Kvetoslav Janku got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Modrzewski in the 61st minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bohumir Kohout during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Bohumir Kohout got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Flis came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaw Flis in the 66th minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Tarulli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Gustaw Flis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbigniew Piekarczyk in the 75th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Lech Modrzewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Modrzewski in the 91st minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Jilek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witomir Beninda having to interfere. The Fighting Mongooses FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
